As I recall from the article he also has looked at time and that we often spend more time worrying about not having enough time to finish a project then it does to actually do the project. I have found from my own experiences when working a full time job, starting my own business and raising two kids that my plate is full and my time is precious. I try to stay ahead of the game by not worrying about how little time I have and staying organized. Before I know it, just like your three hour experiment, I have not only completed my to-do list but have started into things that I thought I wouldn’t, or couldn’t get to. Once again I was tempted to stray and spent almost an hour "fiddling" with my many files to try and gain some sort of order - needless to say I didn't do too much in the way of money-making.
