Steve & Peggy,

I don't know how you do it - but I DO know I must try harder - maybe if I stopped looking at blogs, emails etc and getting suitably distracted (see my previous posts!) I might get on.

I don't want to miss out on anything though - so I will continue to look at your blog!

Regards
Jo

Hi Peggy,

Famous Amos who contributes to the Costco Connection magazine wrote an article a while back related to time management. As I recall from the article he also has looked at time and that we often spend more time worrying about not having enough time to finish a project then it does to actually do the project. I have found from my own experiences when working a full time job, starting my own business and raising two kids that my plate is full and my time is precious. I try to stay ahead of the game by not worrying about how little time I have and staying organized. Before I know it, just like your three hour experiment, I have not only completed my to-do list but have started into things that I thought I wouldn’t, or couldn’t get to. Makes for a fulfilling day and a very good nights rest! I will be following your blog with interest and I wish you all the luck in your endeavors. Steve

Jo,
I think what was key for me was deciding ahead of time what I was going to do. I'm a firm believer in lists. Otherwise, I'm just all over the place!

Warmly,
Peggy

Peggy,

I'm afraid I didn't do as I wanted! Once again I was tempted to stray and spent almost an hour "fiddling" with my many files to try and gain some sort of order - needless to say I didn't do too much in the way of money-making. One thing though . . . I did not buy anything (just for a change!)

Must do better!

I will keep reading!

Regards
