What I didn't mention was the networking that goes on during the breaks and at meals. That was fun... someone would pose a question/problem in between mouthfuls and several people would blurt out ideas, remedies, resources, and offer help. We all have our strengths and talking with others who have different strengths gives us ideas on how to compliment each other. That's how winning combinations are done.
